Free Range Pedigree Pork

 

Everything we offer is an extension of what we produce for ourselves as a family, with high welfare, good nutrition and great flavour at the heart of it all.

As small-scale producers, our fresh pork is only available every few months. We can only make batches of some products, like Smoky Chorizo Sausages or Pork & Apple Burgers if we have enough interest in them - so let us know what you like! We’ll happily accommodate requests for individual cuts of pork too.

Reservations on a first come first serve basis. We contact our mailing list about a month before each batch of fresh pork is available. Sign up at the bottom of this page, or keep an eye on our Instagram for news and updates.

  • Collection by arrangement, local delivery available for orders over £15. Next day courier delivery available for larger orders.

Bone Broth 480ml £4

This collagen-rich, aromatic broth is packed with gut-friendly nutrients and umami flavour. The perfect base for soups, stews, ramen, next-level gravy… we use this most days. To be honest we’re reluctant to sell it incase we run low ourselves! Available fresh (when we have fresh pork on sale) or frozen.

Allergen info: Made using gluten free ingredients (please note this is made in an environment that also handles wheat/gluten). Contains soybeans, celery.

Free Range Pork Lard 200g £2.50

We endeavour to use as much of our pigs as possible. Rendered from our fresh pork, this creamy, white lard will last for months in the fridge. Ready and waiting to roast your potatoes - or anything else for that matter. Great in pastry too!

Pork & Apple Burgers £12.50/kg

We’ve kept these simple to let the pork flavour sing. Sweet chunks of apple and zingy black pepper make this one juicy burger of porky goodness. We love it with crunchy coleslaw in a bun, yum. Packed in bags of 4. Available fresh (when we have fresh pork on sale) or frozen.

Quarter Pig Pork Box (min. 10kg) £120

Great value and variety of Pedigree Pork cuts, including; shoulder, loin, belly, leg, 2kg sausages, liver, mince, spare ribs, diced shoulder and leg strips. Sausagemeat, Smoky chorizo sausages and burgers also included when available. Trotter, offal and 1kg bones available on request. Next day courier available.

Free Range Pork Sausages & Chipolatas £12/kg

These are firm favourites amongst our customers. We develop all our sausage recipes ourselves… no pre-mix seasonings here. Sausages are packed in bags of 6, chipolatas are packed in bags of 8. Available fresh (when we have fresh pork on sale) and frozen.

Applewood Smoked Dry-Cured Back and Streaky Bacon £14.50/kg

We blend our own cure mix to dry-cure the loin and belly. It is then cold smoked using applewood to produce our bacon. Makes for an epic bacon sarnie… Vac packed and available fresh (approximately 2 weeks after our fresh pork) and frozen.

Please note that the dry-curing process takes a week or two, so we cannot usually offer fresh bacon at the same time as our fresh pork.

Porchetta £15/kg

Drum roll please… This is a fabulous celebration roast, or just a real treat. The loin and belly are kept as one piece (boneless) and rolled with a herby, garlic rub. Crackling, juicy pork, full whack flavour. It delivers. We’re excited to share this with you. Limited availability, pre-order essential! Approx 2kg joints (but let we can do bigger or smaller).

Smoky Chorizo Sausages £12/kg

Introducing our oh-so-smoky - and just a little bit picanté - chorizo sausages. Bringing Spanish flavours with oak smoked pimentón from Extremadura. We’ve been tweaking this recipe, it’s getting better every time. Packed in bags of 6. Available fresh (when we have fresh pork on sale) or frozen.
